What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the upcoming ERP implementation, ensuring timely and effective program delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
- Conduct read-outs and recommend next steps for the ERP implementation
- Partner with consulting firms to align their efforts with business leaders and ensure timely task completion
- Oversee budget adherence and the correct sequencing of tasks among stakeholder groups
- Provide recommendations to the senior leadership team based on project insights

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of four years of Program Management experience
- Experience in ERP implementation for cloud-based systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and manage stakeholder relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with system implementations, process transformation, product strategy, robotic process automation, master data management, data analytics, and reporting/data visualization
