Reporting into Sr. Director, Employee Relations, HRBP of Global Distribution and Logistics.
Based hybrid out of our Henderson, NV distribution center with up to 25% travel.
Develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with the LS&Co.’s growth plans, values, and goals.
Design and implement programs aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
Use surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights on employee experiences and identify areas for improvement.
Partner with DC HR, DC leadership, Global COE, and other departments to integrate employee experience programs into broader organizational practices.
Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
Create leadership development programs specific to the DC environment that build managerial capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This includes identifying leadership competencies, designing training interventions, and providing coaching and support to leaders at all levels.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to deliver content and engage participants. Adapt training methods to meet diverse learning needs and ensure that sessions are interactive, impactful, and aligned with LS&Co.’s values.
Lead change programs related to employee experience.
Champion programs that promote an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative workplace culture.
Evolve training programs and onboarding materials that support new employees in acclimating to the company culture, understanding LS&Co.’s values, and developing essential skills.
Review and enhance programs based on feedback and latest trends to improve the employee experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
7 or more years of experience in HR, employee experience, or organizational development.
Experience rolling out and manage talent solutions on large-scale from concept, to planning, to implementation, to results measurement.
Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to manage group dynamics.
Experience with tools including Qualtrics, Mentimeter, Canva.
Knowledge of Workday Learning (or other LMS).
Experience with employee engagement principles and practices.
Experience designing and implementing employee experience programs.
Experience working with team members at all levels.

About the Job
About You
This is a hybrid position based in our Henderson, NV location. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $119,800- $177,200 per year . We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
