      We are currently hiring a Sr. Manager, Integrated Communications - Samuel Adams in Boston, MA.

      *A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams’ weekly schedule.

      Integrated Communications Manager sits in the intersection of Integrated Marketing, Media, Production, Culture & Consumer Insights. This role helps with the development of the integrated marketing plan. They will partner with Creative Services and/or agency partners to develop creative and content for ongoing brand and product marketing campaigns. They will oversee and manage the brand's social, digital, and communications strategy & execution on the national level, while also partnering with Divisional Marketing teams to ensure local needs are being met. This role will work closely with the Consumer Insights team to ensure we're constantly monitoring, evolving, and growing our brand.

      What You'll Brew:

      • Work in conjunction with the Brand Director to be the guard keeper for all work to ensure it delivers on aligned brand strategy
      • Lead an integrated communications teams to drive creative, cohesive communication campaigns that resonate with drinkers across paid media plan, social and digital media and public relations
      • Lead the integrated agency teams including creative agency, digital agency and PR agency as well as internal partners
      • Create and develop the overarching strategy for digital and social campaigns and influencer program
      • Work closely in connection with Senior Brand Manager to create compelling and exciting communications plans for new products, in & out products and products to drive PR value
      • Know your stuff – bring the capacity to get the right data and cull it into sharp insights that justify great decisions and work
      • Understand and champion the brand and stand up for it with customers, internal stakeholders and your team
      • Occasional travel may be required and is at the discretion of your manager based on the needs of your position

      What Ingredients You'll Bring:

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree
      • Minimum 6+ years of marketing experience, inclusive of:
        • 4+ years of Digital or Social experience
        • Experience in working directly with creative agencies
      • Creative campaign participation and development
      • Self-Starter: Comfortable taking action without significant direction but also confident enough to be able to engage leadership at key points to gain alignment and assistance where needed
      • Project Management: Very strong project management skills – able to keep multiple lines of work progressing so that tactics are delivered with world class quality, on time, on budget
      • Flexible and Unflappable: Agile, able to flex to stakeholder needs/input as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity and very fast-paced need for speed to market

      Level: 4

      In accordance with pay transparency laws the salary range for this role if hired is $117,300 – $202,800 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Certain sales positions are also eligible for car allowance.
