- Support programs and channels that equip employees with the information, resources and excitement they need to fuel excellence and pride in their jobs.
- Help deliver leadership and employee events for the TV & Streaming portfolio, including in-person and virtual town halls, leadership meetings, employee screenings and other special programming.
- In collaboration with team, develop and execute content and channel strategy to drive employee engagement with TV & Streaming leadership, brands, content and teams (e.g., e-mail/newsletters, Teams/Slack communications, Sharepoint and intranet site updates). Monitor trends and apply insights to go-forward internal communications plans.
- Support experiential activities for employees including swag distribution, lunch and learns and more as the Internal Communications function continues to expand.
- Team with HR to promote a positive employee experience, integrating diversity, equity and inclusion priorities, wellness and recognition programs into internal communications cadence.
- Identify opportunities to create synergy across NBCU divisions and Comcast through HR, marketing, publicity and symphony.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years of experience in communications function
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Strong communications strategy background
- Creative and data-driven in approach to communications programs; interested in bringing new ideas, strategies, and processes to the table
- Demonstrated interest and background in entertainment industry
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude
- Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A proactive multi-tasker, with the ability to prioritize and meet numerous deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

The Senior Manager of Internal Communications will support employee-focused communications initiatives for teams across NBCUniversal's Television & Streaming portfolio, with a focus on its entertainment networks including broadcast network NBC and six cable channels (Bravo, E!, Oxygen True Crime, SYFY, Universal Kids and USA Network). Reporting to the VP of Internal Communications, this individual will be a key member of a growing communications team and an internal advocate and ambassador for NBCU culture and the portfolio of TV & Streaming brands, shows and teams.
The candidate must have experience in internal communications, either in-house or agency, and a track record of deploying successful employee engagement strategies. Streaming and media experience, senior executive support/experience and a passion for entertainment, TV and pop culture preferred. The ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated self-starter with incredible attention to detail, appreciation for data, a team-focused attitude, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $95,000 - $125,000 (bonus eligible).
