      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and provide guidance to a global team of support representatives responsible for addressing seller inquiries, issues, and complaints
      - Implement and deliver seller and operations support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
      - Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics to identify areas for improvement
      - Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers/sellers
      - Manage day-to-day functions of the seller and operations support department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and/or marketplace operations
      - 3+ years of experience developing and leading a support organization
      - Experience in program and project management
      - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and industry trends
