- Lead a team of data analysts and analytical engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of Eligibility related data layers and processes
- Identify data strategies that enhance membership data reporting capabilities for improved operational decisions and patient experience
- Partner with departments such as IT and Finance ensuring appropriate data structure and reporting
- Create an environment conducive to growth by creating scalable and flexible solutions to data challenges
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and or experience. Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of previous technical, data-related healthcare experience (e.g., standard software development processes, Scrum methodology, data engineering/data modeling) , which includes one-year previous leadership or management experience.
- Proficient in SQL, with python knowledge is a plus
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Experience with cloud computing concepts is a plus
- Prior value-based healthcare experience preferred

Position: Sr. Manager, Membership Analytics
The Sr. Manager, Membership Analytics will be responsible for aligning membership-related data used by operations, finance, IT, external vendors, and health plans to best position Monogram Health for successful performance within value-based contracts. The right candidate will be able to bridge technical and business requirements to provide value statements both internally and externally. In addition, the Sr. Manager, Membership Analytics will hold responsibility over all membership data development, in support of internal operational reporting and both internal and external outcomes. This position reports to the Director, Analytics Engineering.
