      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team to support the US TAVI field and customer training programs
      - Collaborate with global counterparts to optimize training curriculum for procedural outcomes
      - Work closely with US sales leadership to align training programs with commercial educational needs
      - Develop training programs that meet current field and customer learning goals
      - Create training program content and oversee mandatory and supplemental training materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of related work experience in a relevant functional area
      - Strong program management experience
      - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
      - Strong communication skills to interact with various levels within the organization
      - Knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ten years of relevant work experience with a strong project management background
      - Direct experience working with physician customers
      - A clinical background and/or strong clinical knowledge and aptitude
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
