What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the growth of clinical research by partnering with research teams and practice management in transitioning to new research technology
- Serve as a subject matter expert on workflows and processes for oncology practices
- Represent site processes and workflows during transition execution
- Identify and advance opportunities for standardization and improvement in research technology
- Manage transitions from current systems to future systems, ensuring smooth workflow changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in clinical research, technology, change management, or community oncology operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and experience in operations process assessment
- Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and data analysis tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to senior leaders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build coalitions for research initiatives
- Familiarity with FDA and HIPAA regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and ICH guidelines in clinical trials
