What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers to drive customer adoption of products for cell and gene therapies
- Establish collaborations with various organizations for product development and market improvement
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new offerings
- Collaborate cross-divisionally to provide holistic solutions to clients in the CGAT sector
- Forecast revenue and report on strategic activities and team performance to business leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field plus 8 years of experience in Biotechnology Sales or a Sales Manager role
- Master’s degree in a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience as an alternative qualification
- Knowledge of cell therapy and immunology
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Pharma/Biotech/Academic markets and with key opinion leaders
- Proven track record of strategic and tactical thinking with actionable business plans
- Familiarity with Sales Incentive Plans and their implementation
