- The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

At T-Mobile for Business, we’ve experienced a strong period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified Sr. Manager for TFB in Retail to work closely with our VP of Small & Medium Businesses in addition to our consumer VP team to increase TFB sales across both channels. This person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by launching a new team of TFB market specialist that will be strategically placed in key growth markets across the country. They will also partner with the TFB in Retail program management team to launch strategic initiatives, provide key sales insights, and grow the overall channel. As a position supporting the field, this role will do market visits to gain first-hand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities available to help grow the business. This is a unique role because, in addition to their sales team and the partnership with the program management team, this leader will also have national responsibility for the entire TFB in Retail relationship across all consumer segments including T100, SMRA and National Retail which is the largest revenue segment across all TFB.

Strategic Execution and Accountability: Strategically plan and organize market visits, ensuring they align with TFB's objectives and growth targets. Coordinate and facilitate meetings and calls with key TFB in Retail stakeholders, along with Market Specialists, to drive targeted execution and accountability against set goals.
Financial Results and Collaborative Initiatives: Analyze and interpret financial results for the channel, utilizing omni-channel strategies to collaborate with internal teams across TFB and external retail partners. Drive synergistic efforts that leverage a comprehensive network to optimize financial outcomes, foster growth, and enhance overall channel performance.
Support and Development of Market Specialists: Provide essential support and training to Market Specialists, ensuring their proficiency in executing their roles effectively. Oversee and manage territory allocation, set quotas, and foster ongoing employee development, empowering Market Specialists to excel and contribute to TFB's success.
Key Point of Contact for Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between TFB and the SMB and Retail Vice Presidents. Maintain open lines of communication, address inquiries, and provide strategic insights to foster a collaborative and productive partnership that drives strategic growth initiatives.
Field Feedback and Program Enhancement: Collaborate closely with the program management team to relay essential field feedback. Elevate concerns, offer insights, and ensure that responsible parties are informed to facilitate timely follow-through, enhancing the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Required (preferred areas of study Business, Finance, Marketing)
Work Experience
7-10 Years Business experience in field sales, external Partners, retail and sales operations required.
4-7 Years Leading omni-channel or national Initiatives throughout the enterprise required.
4-7 Years Proven cross-functional partnership experience driving programs, projects and problem resolution in sales, business planning, marketing, product, HR, finance and other key divisions and departments required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Sales Leadership-Leadership skills including effectively leading & influencing executives, peers and subordinates. (required)
Financial Acumen-Strong financial acumen, understanding financial performance and levers that drive changes in performance. (required)
Influencing Skills/Relationship Development-Demonstrated track record in effectively leveraging marketing, advocacy, and development on behalf of an organization. (required)
Analytical Skills-Strong analytical skills and a high standard for quality output.
Organizational Skills-Highly organized with the ability to manage rapidly changing deadlines and demand.(required)
Problem Solver-Independent and proactive problem solver.
Program Management-Proven track record of national level project management. (required)

PMP Certified preferred

California Pay Range: $128,170.00 - $173,460.00
