      Overview

      The TikTok Shop & Marketplace Operations manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic operational development of TikTok Shop as a channel, as well as future marketplace expansion. Working with the heads of the two TikTok Shops, this role will own systems architecture and strategy, as well as execution, to ensure seamless operations and continued growth.

      Responsibilities

      • Partner directly with the heads of TikTok Shops to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), strategic initiatives and project plans for the TikTok Shop and marketplace channel.
      • Use best practices for managing Shop operations and maintaining strong Shop Health score.
      • Continually audit and optimize operations, including listings, logistics, messaging flows, creator onboarding, and content quality control.
      • Support campaign planning (Mega Sale Days, Brand Days, etc.), affiliate outreach, internal and external content development.
      • Support inventory management and fulfillment operations.
      • Develop and maintain reporting and analytics dashboards. Own ongoing and ad hoc reporting and analytics.
      • Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on TikTok Shop by proactively staying ahead of TikTok
      • Shop updates, beta programs, and new features to test.
      • Own operational management for future marketplace expansion.

      Qualifications

      • 3–5+ years of overall experience in e-commerce, social commerce, operations, or growth, with 1-2 years of experience in TikTok Shop strategy and operations
      • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) Required
      • Proven ability to build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), systems, and scalable processes
      • Analytical mindset with strong comfort in dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting
      • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate ecosystems, or marketplace operations
      • Strong understanding of analytics and how channel financials impact business outcomes
      • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
      • Ability to operate cross-functionally and keep teams aligned
      • Fast execution speed — comfortable making decisions with imperfect information

      The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
