      As Sr. Marketing Manager, Non-Personal Digital & Media and Pan Tumor Marketing you will play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing the lives of people with cancer.       This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, headquarters for our US Oncology business.

      What You'll Do:

      This position will report directly into Director, LYNPARZA Pan Tumor Marketing, and will work in close partnership with the Brand Managers/Directors on the team. The Sr. Marketing Manager, Non-Personal Digital & Media and Pan-Tumor Marketing, DDR will be responsible for: the strategy and tactical execution of all LYNPARZA non-personal, HCP-facing promotion deliverables required to drive the brand strategy for Breast Cancer; and execution of HCP-facing Pan-tumor promotion. This includes:

      • Accountable for the non-personal promotion strategy for Breast cancer indications with Input into brand strategy
      • Execution of all non-personal promotion tactics, including omnichannel efforts for Breast and development of any training or communications required for execution
      • Execution of pan-tumor HCP promotional tactics
      • Close collaboration and coordination with the Merck team, who is accountable for non-personal promotion for Prostate and Pancreatic indications
      • Identification and execution of innovative digital opportunities to enhance channel mix and deliver on Brand strategic imperatives in novel ways
      • Lead the LYNPARZA Breast Cancer digital and non-personal and Pan-Tumor HCP promotion strategy and tactical planning and execution, in close partnership with the Merck team and consistent with brand strategy
      • Develop and implement non-personal promotion for breast cancer indications
      • Develop and implement HCP-promotion for pan-tumor workstreams
      • Collaborate deeply across functions to ensure cohesive and strategically aligned efforts – Brand team colleagues across Breast, Ovarian, and Prostate teams; Congress strategy; GPO; Digital/NPP/omnichannel colleagues within the Oncology Business Unit, among others
      • Lead partner agency-of-record and media agency relationships, workflow and related expense budgets
      • Participate in the annual operational Breast and Pan-tumor planning process by shaping the tactical plan and budget required to achieve the brand’s stated objectives
      • Identify and design innovative use-cases that use non-personal and personal channels to enhance omnichannel delivery of strategic brand imperatives
      • Partner with Insights and Analytics team and agency partnership to define success metrics and analyze performance of marketing programs on an ongoing basis; ensure plans are continually optimized to improve impact and develop recommendations for future plans.
      • Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all digital marketing materials

      Minimum qualifications

      • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
      • 5 years confirmed experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics, strategic planning

      Preferred qualifications

      • MBA in relevant field
      • Prior in-line marketing experience
      • Oncology or specialty care experience highly preferred
      • Experience working in agency setting (digital and/or HCP promotions)
