      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to enhance user acquisition, conversion, and retention
      - Own the experimentation roadmap by identifying opportunities and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
      - Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to implement UX and functionality improvements
      - Partner with Analytics to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and evaluate test results
      - Monitor site performance and user behavior to uncover optimization opportunities across the customer journey

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience with UX/UI design and conversion rate optimization efforts in a direct-to-consumer business
      - Hands-on experience with tools such as Optimizely, Google Analytics, and Hotjar
      - Strong background in hypothesis-driven experimentation and experience running tests at scale
      - Solid understanding of web technologies including UX best practices, SEO, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey strategies and insights across cross-functional teams
