What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute product marketing and communications plans across multiple channels to drive adoption of CRM Patient Monitoring products
- Track metrics and optimize marketing performance to demonstrate return on investment
- Provide insights on customer preferences and market needs to guide business strategy
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and gather physician input to support marketing strategies
- Collaborate with global and regional partners to ensure effective communication of marketing initiatives and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, or deep knowledge of those industries' key audiences (2 years with an advanced degree)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and market trends
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for market visits and customer engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA
- Experience translating business objectives into effective marketing initiatives
- Ability to balance multiple product portfolios and drive successful initiatives simultaneously
- Leadership skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
