What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently grow the placement network by soliciting contracts with healthcare organizations
- Utilize innovative strategies to engage potential agency partners in women's health and midwifery
- Serve as a subject matter expert on program details and contract processes
- Proactively communicate with team members and stakeholders to coordinate priorities
- Lead training initiatives and identify process improvements within the team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with experience in women’s health or midwifery
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Nursing degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
