      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for non-clinician staff and executives from offer acceptance through start date
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding journey
      - Manage onboarding for non-standard hiring pathways, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance
      - Ensure completion and accuracy of all required onboarding and compliance items, maintaining adherence to regulatory standards
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate onboarding activities and share updates on onboarding progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in onboarding, HR, recruiting coordination, or healthcare administration
      - Experience supporting healthcare professionals and executives preferred
      - Proficiency with HRIS/ATS and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
      - Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with M&A integration or acquisition-related onboarding
      - Service-oriented mindset to enhance new hire experience
      - Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvement
      - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of trends and compliance requirements in behavioral health and healthcare onboarding
