      Line of Business Job Description:

      Manages a team of 15+ associates who are responsible for pre and post funding analysis of insurance requirements, including evaluation of insurance accuracy, setup of insurance ticklers based on requirements, and establishment of a final event records in the appropriate repository. Must be able to identify critical performance metrics and drive process improvement within the business unit.

      Job Description:

      This job is responsible for managing a unit for a site, region, or product line within the bank's internal operations. Key responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and resolving highly complex problems, ensuring compliance with policies, and developing and implementing new processes to improve operating efficiency and ensure accuracy of workflow. Job expectations include managing employee performance, development, talent planning, and overseeing the budget, expenses, reporting, and forecasting.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manages staffing levels and capacities, prioritizes employee development by providing effective coaching and training, and shares constructive feedback to drive Operational Excellence
      • Oversees end-to-end processes and ensures adherence to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that impact various operations and product lines
      • Develops and analyzes procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activities and oversees budget and expense management, reporting, and forecasting for designated areas
      • Implements improvements to drive the growth to the overall processes and identifies data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness
      • Aligns bank priorities and strategies to employee metrics and goals, evaluates employee progress, and strives to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance to support an inclusive work environment
      • Manages performance for their entire team, including associate development, compensation decisioning, and talent planning.
      • Leads and directs the work of others and ensures staffing levels and capacity are appropriate to meet production requirements.
      • Maintains primary responsibility for accuracy of documentation and SOR financial data, timely delivery of documents, and elimination of controllable re-work.
      • Ensures procedures are followed and timelines are met. Develops and implements new processes/procedures to improve operating efficiency and to ensure timeliness and accuracy of workflow.
      • Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations in the areas more efficient.
      • Interfaces with company vendors, legal counsel, line partners and clients to ensure world-class documentation accuracy.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of operations or management experience.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes and workflow.
      • Ability to lead and motivate a large team of professionals to achieve metric goals and ensure FDPA compliance.
      • Ability to lead through regulatory, policy, and procedural change and review.
      • Identifies, develops, and grows talent.
      • Delivers for clients and business partners.

      Desired Qualifications:
