What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement processes to scale manufacturing capabilities to meet increased production demands
- Ensure quality standards from the North American team are upheld in China operations
- Build and maintain a well-structured team with clear roles and responsibilities
- Strengthen communication and coordination between teams in China and North America
- Track KPIs, build dashboards, and act on insights to drive performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in leading or managing product development overseas
- Strong knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes, including materials and quality control
- Fluency in Mandarin and strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and implement scalable processes
- Analytical and data-driven mindset

- Experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs
