      Job Overview:

      The Sr. Operations Specialist is responsible for account maintenance as it relates to Advisory account billing using various systems including ADIET, BETA, Access databases, Documentum, IFS and other internal supporting applications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to flourish in a fast-paced setting under pressure, and possess the desire to improve processes. Where average handle times have been established, Sr Operations Specialists will be expected to perform those tasks within 15% of the AHT. Further, where accuracy measures have been established, Sr Operations Specialists will be expected to perform those tasks above 95% accuracy at all times. The below list of responsibilities should not be considered all-inclusive and can change as the needs of the team and role evolve.

      Responsibilities:

      • Monitoring accounts below program funding requirements and missing documents for termination

      • Direct Bill maintenance and processing

      • Fee adjustment processing – cycle changes, terminations, rep changes, conversions and billing corrections

      • Coordination with internal departments for processing of journals, distributions, account opening, trading, compliance and performance

      • Assist with resolution of fee and termination inquiries and issues

      • Processing – fee posting, manual batch tickets, custom billing processing and batching

      • Updating/Maintaining accurate policy and procedure documents

      Requirements:

      • 1+ years in the brokerage, accounting or financial services industry

      • Working knowledge of Microsoft products specifically, Excel, Word and Access

      Core Competencies:

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      • Keen attention to detail

      • Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines

      • Strong customer service skills

      Preferences:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

      Pay Range:

      $17.85-$26.77/hour


      Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
