      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Integrate HR data from multiple sources into a centralized repository, ensuring accuracy and integrity
      - Design and maintain data models and governance policies for HR data management
      - Analyze and visualize HR data to provide insights and trends for leadership and stakeholders
      - Conduct training sessions to educate stakeholders on data management best practices
      - Identify and recommend improvements in data management processes and tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis or people analytics
      - Experience supporting both knowledge and manufacturing workforces
      - Previous project management experience is preferred
      - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with complex business challenges
      - Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
      - Previous experience in HR data governance and management
      - Strong collaboration and change management skills
