What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and screen candidates for physician and Advanced Practice Provider roles using various methodologies
- Develop recruitment profiles for specific practices to guide the recruitment process
- Coordinate and oversee site visits for potential candidates, including travel arrangements and itineraries
- Collaborate with medical staff and management to identify and attract suitable candidates
- Maintain a system for measuring recruitment progress and report results to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of direct experience working with Physicians, ARNPs, and Physician Assistants
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster professional relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High degree of organization and initiative, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of medical group and hospital-based practices is beneficial
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree in a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience in utilizing sourcing agencies and search firms for recruitment
- Familiarity with community engagement and recruitment fairs
- Previous experience in a collaborative recruitment team environment
