      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and source potential candidates for physician and allied health recruitment using various methodologies
      - Coordinate and oversee all necessary arrangements for candidate interviews and site visits
      - Develop and maintain recruitment profiles in collaboration with physician practices and community needs
      - Manage communication with new physicians to ensure their satisfaction and smooth transition into the practice
      - Review recruitment expenses and submit for approval in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of four (4) years of recruiting experience
      - Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or extensive recruiting experience in physician recruitment
      - Superior interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse organizations and personalities
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - High degree of organization and initiative with the ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of medical group practices and healthcare recruitment processes
      - Experience in developing sourcing strategies for healthcare professionals
