- Req#: SRPMP003925
- Direct responsibility for projects, and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications, for commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, residential, and other types of projects that include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other miscellaneous items
- Perform drainage design and ICPR modeling
- Permit projects through local and state regulatory agencies
- Act as a point of contact for clients
- Responsible for project management, reporting, and client invoicing
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Registered PE in Florida
- 10 years + of related experience
- Strong computer skills, including hydrology and hydraulic modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Land/Site development design & project management experience
- Local design and permitting experience
- Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family,
- Experience working with municipal/government agencies a plus
