What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor, assess, and report on the Congressional climate related to SDA acquisitions and programs
- Draft, edit, and review SDA responses to congressional requests for information, briefings, and hearings
- Analyze congressional legislation relevant to SDA and its acquisition programs
- Prepare summaries of member and committee actions and engage with congressional staff
- Provide expert input into strategies for commercial engagement to enhance SDA's visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Undergraduate or advanced degree required
- TS/SCI Clearance required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral presentation, and executive writing skills
- Proven ability to conduct independent qualitative and quantitative research
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Defense Space and National Security Space, including strategy, requirements, and operations
