      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own a roadmap that increases customer value, enhances quality, and removes friction across the platform
      - Transform ambiguous problems into actionable plans with clear value, scope, milestones, and metrics
      - Conduct discovery sessions with customers and internal teams to validate problems and test solutions
      - Write precise PRDs, roadmaps, and decision documents to drive clarity and align stakeholders
      - Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to deliver reliable, intuitive, and delightful user experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in product management, including 2–3 years leading large, complex initiatives
      - Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity with a startup mindset and a focus on finding the MVP
      - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to drive clarity and build trust
      - Technical background in building products such as integrations and APIs
      - Passion for quality and commitment to building exceptional user experiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with B2B integration platforms
      - Familiarity with real estate CRMs such as FollowUp Boss
      - Experience in building AI-powered products, including agentic workflows and prompt creation
      - Knowledge of the real estate industry
