What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies
- Build and enhance internal tools to improve frontline team productivity
- Integrate AI capabilities into omnichannel platforms for enhanced service delivery
- Own the product roadmap for service enablement tools and AI-powered features
- Define KPIs for operational efficiency and use data to validate improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of product management experience in retail, logistics, or customer service environments
- Experience deploying AI or automation tools in operational contexts
- Strong understanding of omnichannel systems and service workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL

- Experience with conversational AI platforms, NLP, or video-based support tools
- Background in operations, customer support, or field enablement
