What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the roadmap for verticalized products built on the employer's data platform
- Collaborate with Engineering to develop new capabilities and workflows for customers
- Identify product surfaces for various use cases, including APIs and workflow experiences
- Support pre and post-sales efforts by partnering with Solutions teams to scope productized solutions
- Prioritize tasks effectively amidst ambiguity and competing goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare delivery organizations
- Proven ability to translate real-world care processes into product solutions
- Strong understanding of clinical data usage in care delivery
- Excellent collaboration skills with various teams, including Engineering and Design
- Outstanding written communication skills and comfort in ambiguous situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in care coordination, transitions of care, or data-powered care delivery
- Familiarity with HL7v2, FHIR, CCDAs, or clinical interoperability networks
- Experience in building API-first products
- Knowledge of value-based care models or healthcare operational workflows
