- Collaborate with product management to operationalize the brand new JAGGAER Pay product, driving >10x growth in 2024.
- Market intelligence—be the expert on payments buyer personas - who they are, how they buy, and their buying criteria.
- Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
- Plan the launches of net-new products and enhancements to existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the go-to-market plan.
- Serve as a thought leader in the B2B payments space, including speaking engagements and written works.
- Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; collaborate with Sales Enablement to provide the necessary resources to efficiently close deals.
- Interact with customers to understand the pain points and business drivers that led them to adopt JAGGAER Pay. Document their use of the solution and the business benefits they have realized since deploying it.
- Dynamic top-of-funnel activities consistently develop cross-sale and net new opportunities, there is a comprehensive view of MQL to SQL conversion, and the number of JAGGAER Pay qualified opportunities doubles during your first year.
- You become a trusted advisor on payments to the sales, marketing, and product management teams on market trends, customer challenges and success stories, and competitive landscape.
- Sales: excited about and empowered to sell JAGGAER Pay solutions.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, including experience developing marketing plans for new product launches
- Experience working with payments or fintech products required; bonus for experience with procure-to-pay, AP automation, or accounting systems
- Ability to work in a start-up-like, agile environment; a leader who can adapt to evolving job and market requirements
- Analytical and strategic thinking, solid decision-making skills in the face of imperfect data
- Strong planning, written, and verbal communication skills (including public speaking & teaching)
- Excellent people and relationship management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and partners

JAGGAER is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to be the subject matter expert for its brand new JAGGAER Pay solution. This will be the central person for developing go-to-market programs, ensuring sales readiness, and supporting product growth.
The PMM will be the product evangelist and play an integral role in organizing product launches. The PMM will know our competitors, what they do today and what they plan to do in the future. They will also know our customers, including their pain points and how they make buying decisions.
The PMM will collaborate with our growth marketing team to develop innovative lead-generation campaigns. Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to success, along with an ability to grasp and present our products’ value propositions in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our customers’ problems.
The PMM is obsessed with sales enablement, training, and ensuring our sales team is better equipped to win than the competition. They will also be in direct contact with our customers to understand and articulate their success stories.
The PMM will regularly collaborate with the Product Management, Sales, Growth Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams; it’s a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.
