What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build structures that activate the vision for portfolio practices and enforce Jira hygiene
- Drive stakeholder alignment through workshops and facilitate consensus across teams
- Translate complex business challenges into clear documentation, including use cases and functional requirements
- Conduct data-driven analysis to uncover trends, insights, and recommendations
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration by bridging technical and non-technical teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or 3+ years with an advanced degree
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex business problems and solutions effectively
- Proficiency in Jira, spreadsheets, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive and technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading Quarterly Planning activities
- Familiarity with financial modeling or business case development
- Knowledge of digital banking or fintech products
- Experience with backlog refinement, release planning, and product roadmapping tools
- Experience teaching or training scrum teams in ways of working
