What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support to all business partners
- Communicate promptly and professionally with external and internal customers
- Respond to product inquiries via phone and email, conducting necessary research
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales Managers to resolve complex issues
- Mentor and train other specialists during their onboarding and continuous learning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
- Prior experience working with plumbing products
- Advanced knowledge of the employer's product lines
- Proficiency in systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and TeamCenter
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with mentoring or training in a professional setting
- Familiarity with Delta's operational systems and procedures
- Strong desire to learn about new and existing products
