      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a liaison between Product Design, Technology, and stakeholders for product implementation and support
      - Analyze and document product features, workflows, and performance metrics
      - Design and execute test plans and test cases for new products and system enhancements
      - Collaborate with QA and Development Teams to validate product functionality
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in Annuity Product support or Business analysis
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and prioritize effectively
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
      - Hands-on experience in reading and writing SQL programming or other data analysis tools
      - Certification in Agile methodologies such as CSPO/CSM
      - Annuity industry experience and product knowledge
      - Experience with Annuity Administration Platforms such as FAST, Vantage-One, or wmA
