  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Track progress across multiple work streams to ensure alignment with program goals and milestones
  - Identify, document, and manage cross-work-stream dependencies and risks; escalate issues as needed
  - Facilitate decision-making by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing key decisions
  - Prepare and distribute weekly program scorecards and updates to leadership and team members
  - Maintain program documentation and archives, ensuring version control and easy retrieval
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 7-10+ years of experience in program management, project management, PMO support, or related roles within a technology or digital product environment
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field
  - Strong organizational and task-management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information for diverse stakeholders
  - Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams/Outlook, Smartsheet)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a digital product or software development environment
  - Familiarity with agile frameworks and common product development lifecycles
  - Basic data literacy (reading dashboards, interpreting metrics) to inform updates
  - Experience organizing events or team-building activities and coordinating logistics
  - Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
