Merch on Demand is a leader in print-on-demand services for content creators and promotional products. In this rapidly growing, fast paced environment, we are seeking a motivated, organized self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, to join our team as Sr Program Manager (PM), at our Carrollton, TX location.
The PM owns large, complex initiatives across physical products, equipment and features. They develop a common vision and scope, establish timelines, and execute across business and operational stakeholders. The PM is responsible for launch planning, site readiness, cross team alignment, and tracking work streams across the globe, ensuring projects meet quality expectations and deliver on time.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders, enabling the launch of new physical products, equipment, and services
• Own our new product framework and milestone calendar, defining concept, go to market and in-bin milestones
• Partners with our R&D team to execute pilot programs and acceptance testing
• Review and guide internally requested changes for validity, impact, and ensure timely incorporation once approved
• Leads road-to-launch meetings to build positive, collaborative partnerships among SMEs, team members, and stakeholders
• Write and review whitepapers for launches cases using information acquired from various stakeholders
• Prepare team performance reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews that distill key metrics and provide insights into recommended strategies- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
