      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct complex analysis and provide financial reports or dashboards for the program and/or portfolio
      - Analyze portfolio data to identify trends for future practice, reporting, or process improvements
      - Monitor and coordinate information across multiple projects to create integrated project schedules and track milestones
      - Support program/portfolio risk, issue, and decision management
      - Potentially lead others in a People Manager capacity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
      - Minimum of 5+ years of related experience managing projects or financials for large projects or programs
      - Project Management Certification preferred or relevant Project Management methodology experience
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience across multiple lines of business
      - Prior people management experience (direct or indirect)
      - Demonstrated ability to achieve targets while maintaining a standard of excellence
