      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives across multiple functions and systems
      - Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key objectives
      - Provide reporting on project milestones, deliverables, and risks to various stakeholders
      - Present project status and escalations to executive leadership
      - Participate in establishing best practices and tools to enhance organizational capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO
      - At least 3 years of experience in business consulting
      - Strong skills in project execution, including analysis and change management
      - Based in Colorado for hybrid work (currently required to be in the office on Tuesdays)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in technology and/or software/cloud environments
      - Familiarity with M&A integration and system implementation
      - Strong leadership and motivational skills across business and technology organizations
      - Experience in fast-paced and growing environments
      - Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
