      Sr. Project Manager, Credit & Payments

      Nordstrom Card Services is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to own and project manage the execution and delivery of key Nordstrom Credit & Payments strategies to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of Nordstrom.

      Position is Remote unless located in the Denver, CO area - if located in the Denver, CO area position would by Hybrid.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Own and manage the execution schedules and delivery of credit projects and ensure project deliverables meet strategic objectives.

      • Collaborate effectively with Bank partners and with cross-functional partners across the organization, such as Platform configuration teams, Vendors, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Product Management, to define and align on business, tech, risk, and operational requirements while meeting key milestones and timelines.

      • Partner with Data & Analytics to ensure business requirements are fully met through the segmentation process and participate in the data validation process.

      • Identify, track, socialize and mitigate risks through the development of contingency plans.

      • Remediate incidents in partnership with multiple teams as required.

      • Report validation of implementations to various stakeholders across bank partner and Nordstrom.

      • Contribute to the analysis of project results by sharing key operational data and learnings.

      • Participate in the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning efforts.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience is preferred.

      • Experience in credit cards and / or payments is required.

      • 6+ years project or program management experience managing large, complex, high visibility initiatives.

      • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

      • Experienced leading through influence in fast-paced environments with progressively larger responsibility.

      • Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders, vendors and peers through effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

      • Can anticipate and adapt to new situations and/or changing demands and respond proactively to enhance the customer experience.

      • Ability to manage ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization.

      Pay Range Details

      The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

      California: $80,000 - $155,000, Colorado: $80,000 - $132,000, Nevada: $80,000 - $132,000, New York: $80,000 - $155,000, Rhode Island: $80,000 - $132,000, Washington: $80,000 - $155,000

      This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
