      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee electrical services jobs, including inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and data collection of electrical systems up to 500kV
      - Perform at least 50% of job duties in the field
      - Collaborate with the sales department on job estimation and quoting
      - Interface with customers to provide job updates, resolve issues, and participate in meetings as needed
      - Monitor job budgets and review technicians' time and material costs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree in Electrical Power or equivalent military training preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for electrical maintenance shutdowns or switchgear commissioning
      - Familiarity with Doble software, automated CT sets, PowerDB, and relay testing preferred
      - General PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Commitment to safety and adherence to electrical safety procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - NETA Certification is a plus
      - Experience with OSHA 30 hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, and CPR/First Aid training
      - Familiarity with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and other electrical testing methodologies
