      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage project scope, budget, and schedule while addressing project risks and financial measures
      - Develop and maintain client relationships, addressing technical, financial, and logistical issues
      - Lead marketing efforts and identify target market areas for business development
      - Communicate project updates effectively to clients, management, and project teams
      - Oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
      - Professional Engineer (PE) license required
      - Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering experience
      - Proficiency in MS Office software and advanced engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation)
      - Proven ability to manage client relationships and project accounting processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active involvement in a professional engineering society or organization
      - Experience with Deltek Vision and MS Project or Primavera P6
      - Strong leadership skills and experience preparing project proposals and plans
