      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead accessibility testing and auditing activities using manual and automated testing tools and assistive technologies
      - Evaluate conformance to WCAG and other applicable accessibility standards and regulatory requirements
      - Create, manage, and document test plans, test cases, and scripts across multiple projects
      - Identify, document, and prioritize accessibility-related defects and improvements
      - Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related discipline
      - 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with strong understanding of QA methodologies
      - Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and management platforms such as Jira or GitLab
      - 5+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with emphasis on WCAG 2.0/2.1 Level compliance
      - Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - In-depth knowledge of accessibility testing tools including WAVE, JAWS, axe, ANDI, and others
      - Strong understanding of ADA and accessibility standards, providing guidance to developers and testers
      - Experience using assistive technologies like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack on various browsers and platforms
      - Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills to guide QA teams
      - Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS, with the ability to analyze accessibility issues at the code level
