What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the functional subject matter expert for application performance and behavior
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans with minimal oversight
- Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough coverage of testing requirements
- Mentor team members on software testing concepts and best practices
- Advocate for customer satisfaction by identifying operational issues and resolving defects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, software development, or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps best practices and CI/CD automation
- Proficiency in frontend and API test case automation tools
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with manual testing, exploratory testing, and user experience testing
- Ability to write SQL queries and create test database data using SQL
- Familiarity with load testing tools and AI programming tools
- Prior experience leading deployment processes and supporting production deployments
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test case management tools
