We are growing and in need of a talented recruiting professional to help us attract exceptional professionals. You will work with super cool hiring managers to source the best candidates for a variety of positions.       Key Responsibilities & Duties
      • Attends meetings with hiring managers to learn about, plan out and discuss the positions to be filled and what qualifications are needed for each opening
      • Creates job postings that are professional and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates
      • Identifies best job boards for posting positions balancing cost and candidate quality
      • Meets with candidates to discuss the position and to screen them for suitability, including competency, skill and culture
      • Seeks out candidates through networking, social media and other tactics to source great talent to fill open positions
      • Serves as the liaison between the company and candidates by handling phone calls, questions and other details before and after interviews
      • Makes offers to applicants who pass screening and interview processes and are approved by management by providing an offer letter and discussing the benefits, requirements and details of the position
      • Maintains paperwork on applicants throughout the process and ensures set-up of new human resource records for new hires in collaboration with other members of the HR team
      • Manages relationships and expenses with key search agencies
      • Engages creative ideas to encourage employee candidate referrals
      • Implements, manages and maintains an applicant tracking system
      • Stays current on employment laws and regulations related to offers of employment, etc. to provide guidance in these areas to hiring managers
      • Works with HR and Legal team to regularly review hiring practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and documented Alkami processes
      • Collaborates with other HR team members to ensure a successful onboarding of all new hires
      • Regularly networks with other recruiting professionals to learn of recruiting and hiring trends to stay current and on the leading edge of best practice recruiting techniques
      • Committed to investing in career growth by investing a minimum of 24 hours of professional development annually
      • Assists in mentoring and leading HR and recruiting team members
      • You have worked with GTM, Customer Success and Sales positions in the past


      Qualifications:

      • 6+ years of recruiting for GTM, Customer Success and Sales functions in the SaaS space.
      • Experience working in a high growth company.
      • 1+ years of experience in a full cycle recruiting agency
      • Experience with ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever etc..)


      The salary range for this position is: $40.00 - $60.00 Per Hour
