      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement function-specific talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
      - Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary negotiation
      - Maintain communication with business partners to ensure staffing effectiveness and efficiency
      - Track and report on staffing metrics, including candidate quality and time to offer
      - Execute individualized sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience
      - Must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Strong knowledge of internet search tools and sourcing strategies
      - Experience in creating and executing a variety of recruiting initiatives
      - Completion of a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Corporate recruitment experience for a retailer, particularly in areas like IT, HR, Legal, or Merchandising
      - Expertise in administering behavioral interviews
      - Demonstrated ability to creatively engage with candidates and understand successful candidate traits
