      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategies to support growth in the remediation program
      - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify new business opportunities
      - Participate in site walks and work with national and local groups to develop execution teams
      - Track financial health of projects and ensure safe and efficient production
      - Provide regular reports to senior management on customer growth and relationship programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental science, engineering, geology, or relevant field experience
      - Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with direct customer and field interaction
      - Background in consulting, engineering, or remediation with project management experience
      - Experience managing budgets, forecasting, project cost management, and invoicing
      - Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing field personnel including superintendents, operators, and laborers
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams
      - Effective communication skills and strong organizational abilities
