What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate daily workflow for payment processing
- Prepare Access templates for uploading invoices
- Analyze and resolve voucher errors and discrepancies
- Act as a liaison between Accounts Payable and customers
- Monitor, research, and reconcile supplier statements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma (Associates' Degree preferred)
- Minimum of two years accounting and/or accounts payable experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
- Knowledge of word processing and database applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials application or comparable accounting system
- Previous experience in a medical diagnostics or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of pivot tables and functions in Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
