What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Program and build surveys on the employer’s proprietary platform for both DIY and Full Service projects
- Translate client questionnaires and research objectives into effective surveys
- Review survey instruments for clarity, logic, grammar, structure, and best practices
- Launch and manage fieldwork for market research studies in partnership with Panel Operations
- Ensure reporting outputs meet internal QA standards and client expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of experience in the market research industry
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in market research, social sciences, mathematics/statistics, or related field
- Direct experience building and programming surveys in online survey platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-turn environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience with DIY-oriented online survey platforms such as aytm, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey
- Proven ability to execute technical survey logic and troubleshoot complex programming
- Familiarity with data deliverables and reporting outputs
- Experience in a remote work environment
