      Job Summary:

      As a Senior Research Data Consultant within the Client Engagement Analytics team at mPulse, you will play a vital role in supporting advanced analytics initiatives that inform strategic decision-making for clients and internal teams. You will focus on evaluating program effectiveness, performing client-requested analyses, and contributing to internal research and development efforts.

      In this role, you will work closely with the Delivery Arm of the Client Analytics Team, acting as a subject matter expert on standard and advanced analyses. You will utilize tools and models to deliver insights, contribute to the development of new features, and help ensure that analytical outputs meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

      Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Deliver high-quality analyses to evaluate program ROI and effectiveness, providing actionable insights that support strategic decisions.
      • Execute client-requested analyses with guidance from Principal and Director-level team members. Interface with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
      • Support research activities that identify opportunities for new feature development and improvements to existing features. Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and engagement teams to support implementation.
      • Serve as a resource to the Delivery Arm of the Client Analytics Team for advanced analytics questions. Provide guidance on using existing tools and models effectively.
      • Apply and test advanced analytics tools and processes. Provide feedback to the Principal and Director to enhance tool usability and functionality.
      • Support feature engineering tasks by conducting exploratory data analysis and documenting findings for use by technical teams.
      • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and contribute to enriching mPulse's external content as requested.
      • Actively engage in professional development to stay informed about new analytical techniques and tools.


      Skills/Abilities/Experience:

      • Solid experience in applying analytical methods for ROI forecasting and program evaluation.
      • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau required. Experience with Python and/or R preferred.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply best practices and established frameworks.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey analytical findings clearly.
      • Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally and take direction from Principal and Director-level team members.
      • Demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail in all work products.
      • Experience in Population Health Communications or Quality Initiatives strongly preferred.


      Minimum Qualifications:

      • 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field in healthcare.
      • A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is required.
      • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
      • Ability to lift to 10 lbs.
