What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead activities of the project team, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Develop project plans, goals, and objectives in collaboration with leadership
- Facilitate communication across departments to maximize information sharing
- Implement changes to support a redefined service delivery model
- Participate in task forces and committees to achieve departmental objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in federal funding strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively manage project resources and timelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare or biostatistics-related role
- Advanced knowledge in project management and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach colleagues
- Familiarity with financial processes related to project management
- Strong analytical skills for gap analysis and data interpretation
