What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for a team of customer service representatives, handling escalated requests and feedback
- Answer first-line technical and billing questions efficiently and professionally
- Act as a coach and mentor for training colleagues and frontline support staff
- Monitor CSR queues to ensure efficient use of work time by representatives
- Attend meetings as a representative of customer service management to provide input and report issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support or Inbound Call Center
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior technical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Gmail)
- Experience mentoring and assisting Customer Service Specialists
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of efax corporate, Sfax, Developer, eAPI, and router products
- Active, transferable U.S. Security clearance at the Public Trust level or higher
