      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive healthcare innovation by leveraging expertise in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and patient engagement to sell automation solutions
      - Serve as a technical authority and subject matter expert on emerging technologies, sharing insights with teams and clients
      - Lead value-based selling by managing technology evaluations and aligning solutions with business outcomes
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with goals
      - Develop and demonstrate client-centric solutions that highlight potential ROI and strategic benefits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, healthcare, or a related field
      - Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in pre-sales or sales engineering focused on Intelligent Automation or Generative AI
      - Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and hospital systems
      - Experience with SaaS solutions and value-based selling in complex enterprise settings
      - Ability to travel up to 50% on short notice to meet client and business needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) and basic deployment concepts
      - Strong understanding of advanced AI solutions like RAG, LLMs, and GPT-based technologies
      - Automation Anywhere certification or similar is a plus
      - Hands-on experience in automation development or leading automation initiatives in a Center of Excellence (COE)
      - Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills with strong influencing abilities
