Job Description
Responsibilities:
1、Organize and participate marketing activities, such as seminars, workshop or demo as needed to generate sales leads and qualify them.
2、Provide appropriate technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers to lead to successful closure of sales.
3、Influences preparation and presents technical assistance, consultation and problem solving to customers as necessary
4、Develop and maintain key account strategies for high profile customers such as Local pharma 、MNC pharma companies and maintain good relationship with industry opinion leaders.
5、Gather sales and marketing data and submit reports (Won/Lost orders, Forecasts, Lead Follow-up, AR/BDR collection & DAR control) to improve the margin.
6、SMF Products (LED/LPE/Other-SMF) Promotion, TPP business capture to reinforce the total solution offering.
Qualification:
1、BS degree or above in Biology, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or equivalent required.
2、2-10 years sales experience selling capital equipment, preferably in the biological instrument market. Appropriate experience in Applications or Customer Support will be considered in lieu of direct sales experience.
3、Handles pressure/disappointment professionally. Willingness to accept constructive criticism/suggestions.
4、Good teamwork and communication skills.About the company
